About us

Mission

We are simply a group of resilient Venetian operators who want to promote sustainable tourism in a city suffering from the effects of mass tourism.

Our Mission is to RESTORE OUR CITY'S IMAGE, and we don’t want to waste a minute.

So here’s what we propose:

ORIGINAL EXPERIENCES and unique situations, away from the classic tourist paths, in close contact with THE LOCAL REALITY, and most importantly, with THE PEOPLE...

The goal?

It’s not just to entertain, but rather to SHARE EMOTIONS and let you experience Venice through the eyes and memories of those who know (and deeply love) the city.

In essence, thanks to our experience and deep knowledge of the territory, we can organize the most exclusive, original, and tailor-made itineraries for small groups or families, involving local family-run supplier and collaborating with the best certified professionals in the field,

ensuring SUSTAINABILITY, QUALITY, and PROFESSIONALISM.

Our mission is to engage the traveler, making them an active participant in the experience, and leaving them with unforgettable memories.

Ciao,
my name is Annalisa, and I am the founder of the Venice Local Fusion project. I’m a Tour Leader, Sommelier, and a passionate lover of Venice and life itself.

Traveling has always been a necessity for me, a way to learn from new cultures and experiences. But now I feel the need to share with other travelers what Venetian culture has to offer.
I speak Italian, English, Spanish, and a little French, mainly thanks to my travels and my love of being around people, chatting, and blending in with the crowd.

I hold a degree in Tourism Economics from the University of Cà Foscari in Venice, and for years, I worked in the hospitality industry. This experience made me realize how much I enjoyed the social and communicative aspects of tourism. That's why, I decided to quit the formalities of a reception desk and take on a path that allows for close contact with people. After obtaining my certification as Tour Leader , I began my journey as a Travel Designer.
And I must be honest, I’ve finally found my "why"! In fact, I’m the one who has the most fun during tours, and as we know, enthusiasm is contagious.

The great satisfaction in this work isn’t just in being able to lead visitors and share my love and passion for Venice and the Lagoon. It’s also a way to contribute to the promotion and preservation of the place where I was born… and that’s why my job makes me happy!
